QA/QC Introduction

We have set up a strict quality control system in conformance with the ISO9001 standard; covering all research, manufacturing, technological arrangement and QC processes.

We have implemented a comprehensive checking system that covers all phases of the production process, starting with inspection of incoming materials, through assembly and then to packing. During production, we have adopted advanced SMT techniques.

All PCB are tested by computer testers; the finished products are also tested by shock equipment and high-low temperature testers. All items are checked at each stage in order to assure high quality and meet customers' demands.
